Smart Space will send email notifications to users when specific events occur:
Email Notification | Trigger |
Booking Cancelled | Sent immediately when a user's booking is cancelled. |
Booking Confirmation | Sent immediately when a booking is added for a user. |
Upcoming booking | Sent 30 minutes before the starting time of a booking. No email is sent if the booking is created for the same day. |
Delivery Received | Sent immediately when a delivery is added for a user. |
Visitor Arrival | Sent to the visitors host when the visitor checks in |
Event Added | Sent to event invitees at the time the event is published. |
Event Reminder | Sent to event invitees 1 day before the start time of the event. |
Rsvp Added Edited | Sent to an event invitee when they submit an event RSVP |
Visitor Checkin | Sent to a visitor when they check in on the Visitor Kiosk |
Origo Invitation | Sent to a user when they are first added to a Group that's integrated with an access control system; and when "Resend" is selected on an existing invitation. |
