Email Templates

Email Templates can be accessed at Settings > Email > Email Templates.

Editing an Email Template

1. Open the relevant template.
2. Edit the Subject and Content and click [Submit].

For advanced control of the HTML composition of an email, click the [Raw] button to display the raw HTML, which you can edit.

Email Template Variables

A unique set of variables is available in each email template; these can be found under the Content editor in an email template.

To include a variable, use the format {{ variable_name }}

Template Scripting

Smart Space Email Templates use the liquid scripting language. You can learn more about the liquid template language here.

Reset email Templates

If you need to restore email templates to their default, you can use the option [Reset all email templates to default]. Just to let you know, this will reset ALL email templates to their default. If you just need to restore a single email template, don't hesitate to contact our support team.
