Email Server Settings can be accessed at Settings > Email > Email Server Settings.
Email Enabled
The email server is automatically enabled in Smart Space, ensuring that users receive emails. To disable the email server, simply uncheck the "Email Enabled" option and click "Update Settings".
When the email server is disabled, no system emails will be sent, including password reset emails.
From Address
To ensure successful delivery of emails and maintain the credibility of Smart Space email servers, all outgoing emails are sent from no-reply@smartspace.com.au. This option cannot be modified.
Reply-To Address
If you set a reply-to address, users who respond to Smart Space notification emails will send their replies to this address. It is recommended to set this as your workplace manager's email address or distribution group.
Sender Name
By default, notification emails are sent using "Smart Space" as the email display name. You have the option to change the sender name to something more relevant for your workplace.
